Mysore bonda
Also called: Mysore bonda, Майсурский бонда, Bonda, Bajji
Sour-curd batter with pepper and coconut, dropped into oil in spoonfuls so it puffs into a hollow sphere: crisp shell, cloud inside. Eaten at four with filter coffee.
How it's eaten
Break it open before dipping; the hollow is where the chutney goes.
