A week when the old halls of Panjim fill with art and the river breeze
Move between old customs warehouses, riverfront promenades and heritage buildings turned over to exhibitions, performances, craft and culinary programmes across the whole of Panjim.

Venues across Panjim: the Old GMC complex, Adil Shah Palace, Kala Academy, Azad Maidan and the riverfront jetties along the Mandovi. The list changes a little with each edition.
🎟 Free viewing
- Most of the festival is free once you register on its website:
- Exhibitions in the heritage buildings, open roughly 11:00–19:00 (2025 hours)
- Open-air venues on the riverfront, at Azad Maidan and on the Miramar promenade
- Only selected concerts, performances and workshops are ticketed (₹99–4,999 in 2025)

Days 1–8
Around a dozen venues along the Mandovi river and through Panaji's heritage quarter carry visual art, theatre, music, dance, literature, craft and a culinary programme in parallel, each edition curated by a different team
