Jolada rotti
Also called: Jolada rotti, Джолада ротти, Jowar roti, Jolada rotti с ennegayi
VeganUnleavened sorghum flatbread, brittle and faintly nutty, from the dry north of Karnataka (the Hampi side). Comes with ennegayi, small aubergines stuffed with peanut and sesame masala.
How it's eaten
Crumble it into the curry rather than wrapping, as it is too brittle to fold.
