Talakona Waterfall

Andhra Pradesh's tallest waterfall, about 82 metres. 60 km from Tirupati, inside Sri Venkateswara National Park.

Important: the waterfall closes early (around 5–6 p.m.), so plan to leave first thing in the morning.

The drive there is an adventure in itself: incredible southern landscapes unfold along the way, with small villages, fields, tropical forests, open horizons and warm light. A well-kept trail leads from the parking area to the falls.
