Ramdara Temple
A small Shiva-Ram temple rebuilt in 1970 by the saint Dhundi Baba near Loni Kalbhor, twenty-five to twenty-eight kilometres southeast at the foot of Dive Ghat. Water surrounds it on three sides, trees full of peacocks stand around the pond, and the building appears to rest on its own reflection - the effect is strongest in the monsoon and the weeks after it. Entry and parking are free, with simple snack stalls at the gate, and an easy hill walk rises behind the temple. Weekday mornings are silent; weekends belong to local picnickers.
