Darshan Museum

A biography staged rather than displayed: eight walk-through sets over 10,000 sq ft telling the life of Sadhu Vaswani, the Sindhi spiritual teacher. It was among the first museums in India to put 3D holographic figures on stage alongside life-like statues, HD audio-video and theatre lighting, and the guided run takes 60 to 90 minutes from end to end. Shows start on the hour with the last one at 5 pm, entry is free, and the building stands beside the Sadhu Vaswani Mission campus, a short ride from Pune railway station.
