🚉 It uses SMVT Bengaluru out to the east, which is another 40–60 minutes from the centre. From central Bengaluru an ordinary train from KSR City or a bus is often simpler.
Coaches leave Bengaluru every 15–30 minutes, so a missed train is not a problem: you buy at the counter and go.
Mysore rickshaws really do run on it, so a flat price offered up front is almost always higher than what the meter would show.
