Bandra's shopping artery runs pavement stalls and brand showrooms side by side, and the footwear rows are the reason to come: Kolhapuri chappals, flats in whatever shape the season decided, sandals that will be gone next month, most of it a few hundred rupees. Bargaining is expected, so open near half the asking price and meet in the middle. Stalls keep roughly 11:00 to 21:00, and a weekday afternoon is far more manageable than a weekend evening, when the pavement moves at one shared speed.
