Isha Yoga Center

The center is located near the city of Coimbatore at the foot of the Velliangiri Mountains, a range considered in India to be the Southern Kailash. This is a place of powerful energy where, according to legend, Shiva himself meditated.

The ashram sits on approximately 170 acres, surrounded by forests of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve. Everything here is designed for inner work in silence: far from the city, surrounded by hills and greenery, with a view of majestic mountains that seem to guard this space.

It's no coincidence that those who come here seek not to check off another tourist attraction, but to immerse themselves in silence, slow down, and restore their inner peace.
