Dhyanalinga
This is the central place of power at Isha Yoga Center. Not a temple, not a hall, and not a religious space in the conventional sense, but a place of pure presence.
You enter a circular chamber with a high stone dome, sit on the floor, close your eyes, and that's it. There are no rituals, no words, no instructions. The space itself attunes you to inner focus. Here you don't need to do anything. Just be.
Even if you've never meditated before, the silence here isn't frightening. It gently envelops you. Everything stills: both inside and outside. Your attention becomes heightened and refined.
People sit here for 10 minutes, an hour, even two. No one tells you how long you "should" stay. Here, no one is watching the clock. You can remain for as long as you feel you want to be there. Just sit, as long as you feel the pull to stay.
A space for meditation
