A market that runs on student budgets. It sits beside Panjab University, ringed by hostels, and the booths stock what a nineteen-year-old actually buys: current-season clothes, shoes, handbags, notebooks and stationery, at prices that assume nobody has much. The rhythm follows the timetable: slow through the morning, crowded from late afternoon when classes let out. Open roughly 10 am to 9 pm. Easy to combine with a walk across campus to Pierre Jeanneret's Gandhi Bhawan.
